how many here eat Organic eggs?

Date: February 19, 2007 12:15AM I'm a bodybuilder who just transitioned to RAW 7 weeks ago, I do eat eggs however slightly cooked. I feel this does help me maintain my musle mass somewhat.
Anyone else here eat eggs? Re: how many here eat Organic eggs?

Date: February 19, 2007 07:51AM thanks for the links dude, I didn't know that the molecuar structure was that fragile. I will try eating them RAW but I don't think they will taste as great. Maybe they will taste better if I add some lemon or cayenne pepper to them or pour some of my fruit smoothie in them.
