You said you felt alot better after having your metal fillings removed. Can you elaborate a little more about that? I have been seriously considering having that done. Since changing my diet for the better (not nearly as good as most of you), I do feel better, BUT I still feel tired most of the time. That may be partly because my job is stressful and I probably don't get enough sleep. I can't help but think that there's more to it than that, however. I know that a grit my teeth while I sleep, and I just think I must be releasing harmful mercury while I'm sleeping. Anyone use one of those night-time bite guards? I don't know if I could sleep with one of those. Thanks, sunshineTX Re: Dentist

I'm just like you-- I have a few 'inactive' cavities that don't change and never hurt, and I won't have them filled. Teeth often crack after they're filled. Re. Zeolite-- I read that it gets rid of heavy metals in the body that even long-term fasting can't touch. I always wonder, 'Is this hype, or real?' I have no reason to doubt it though. I'll have to read more of people's testimonies. I have to admit, though, the price is a bit daunting for me at the moment. I like rinsing my mouth with saltwater sometimes-- cheap and natural. Suvine, Yes, from within-- interesting, huh?! The bloodstream becomes too acidic or insulin-resistant or whatever, and it affects the teeth.
