Coconut water and Hmophilia

It is my first time to post a message over here. I am glad i joined this site. I was reading an article about the great effects of coconut water on bleeding and how it is identical to human plasma. my question is (and i hope someone would be able to share with me whatever valid information related to my question he or she has): in hemophilia cases (bleeding disease) would the coconut water helps the coagulation process? Looking forward to hearing form any one
