What is the truth about my PH?

Hello everyone from everywhere!

My question today is how do you know what your PH really is?

Last night i checked it and it said "6.5" and then ten minutes later i checked it with a different PH strip and it said "7.0" so how do i know?

What is you experiences with PH and Ph strips?

Mine never shows much difference, so I don't think they're a big help.

Thanks, I have been researching and what i'v found so far is... just see how you body feels, and use the PH strips on the first urine of the day!
