Fasting during colonic?

I have been 70-95% raw for the past 6 months. (Started with lower percentage, and have increased bit by bit.) I have decided to get a series of 3 colonic hydrotherapies to help further cleanse out some junk from previous bad habits. The appointments are scheduled for a Monday, Wednesday, and a Friday, all in the same week. Would it be beneficial for me to do a fast on one or all of these days? Or possibly a juice fast? I'm not ready for a weeklong fast, as I have never even fasted for one day yet. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Re: Fasting during colonic?

Date: July 28, 2007 03:40AM sounds like you are making good choices with your decision to increase things bit by bit...and paying attention to your internal cleansing
my suggestions: - don't eat day of (before). - some people say its good to do juices right after - probably best to keep the foods to light (density, not quantity per se) meals of fruit and/or salad since you are getting them in such close proximity.
