Epsom Salts.... Food Grade?!?

I bought some epsom salts from my chemist/health food store last week as part of a liver cleanse. They came in a clear bag titled "Magnesium Sulfate - Epsom salts / bath salts".

I thought epsom salts were all the same, until I saw another site having a smaller tub listed as "Food grade epsom salts".

Is it safe to use mine internally as part of my cleanse?
