Just a quick question

Hello Forum, I am relatively new to the raw concept and working my way into it. Does anyone ever have alcohol? A beer or drink or wine at a party? I am not someone who drinks that much to begin with... I don't have a problem with it - just over the years I didn't drink that much. Just that few and far between 1 drink at a party. Was just wondering???? thanks...Sue

I've been raw (not 100%) for about six weeks. I still drink wine, but I find that alcohol affects me more strongly than it used to, and so I drink less and less frequently.

Thank you all, that answers my question. Some raw foodies do have a drink... that goodness!

I can't get into wine too much, but I like raspberry flavored UFO ale once in awhile. I can't drink more than 1-2 of them once every couple weeks or so.
