Date: September 23, 2007 10:54AM Hi all,
I found a way to speed up detoxification process, and it is very simple- just by clapping your hands! Well, it is advisable to clap as long as possible, if it doesn't disturb your neighbourhood. Hands might get painful, but is worth it. =) Just one thing to note, try not to clap when you're sitting, best time to clap when you're doing brisk walk. All the Best, Wong Re: Clapping hands

Date: September 23, 2007 11:47PM Hi aquadecoco,
My bad. =) The key is that it must be palm to palm and fingers to fingers, something like this: [www.youtube.com] (Sorry it's in chinese, and in the video everyone moves their legs, which you don't have to. Just clap your hands will do). After doing it for several weeks (say 20 minutes per day), one will probably feel the sweat coming out from their palm and I must say it's not going to smell good. It's a sign of your body is getting rid of all the toxic waste. Hope that clarify your doubts. All the Best, Wong Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 09/23/2007 11:49PM by blue_sky. Re: Clapping hands

i wonder though why you say the leg moving is not needed .. everyones doing it except for one elderly person in the vid so i cant help but wonder the reasoning of it? ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: Clapping hands

Date: September 24, 2007 09:08PM I think it might help lymph and blood circulation, so I would do that too.
Sounds fun, like kindergarten class. Re: Clapping hands

Date: September 25, 2007 12:04AM Hi Jgunn,
Actually I think that maybe people in the video wanted to walk around but there isn't much space, so they turned out to be moving their legs on the same spot. Hmm... the reason behind this has something to do with chinese traditional "Qi-gong", and clapping hands in this way is the safest and most effective way of doing it. :-) All the Best, Wong Re: Clapping hands
