Date: November 04, 2007 07:10AM Hi there all, could anyone give me any ideas as to correct my P.H level as I am still acidy around 6.5 in the acid zone, I rearly eat any acid foods. I have wheatgrass in my diet too, lemons, fruits veg, salads. Getting frustrated as what to do.
Thankyou! Re: Correcting P.H

Date: November 04, 2007 10:56AM I assume you are checking urine pH? 6.5 is not too bad but for me to get it more to 7 and above I use greens, greens and more greens! Oh, almonds also work for me. What we think of as acid or alkaline foods do not necessarily have that effect on the body once digested. For example, lemons - an obviously acidic fruit - are very alkalinizing. One day, I did a 24-hour mono food day (all bananas) and I was surprised how alkaline I stayed all day.
Good luck. Patty Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
