MCS problems!! Help please!!

I have a friend with MCS and she needs to move into a new apartment. Her dr. adviced her to bake her house at about 100 degrees or so, and then to wash the walls down with vinegar and water to neutralize any toxins brought to the surface. Has anyone else heard of this, and how long was the house baked, and at what temp? Thanks for any input. Brenda.
