Storing ACV and Lemon Juice

I'd like to use them for my bath. But my refrigerator is too far away and I share a house with roommates. Are they ok to be left without refrigeration in warm bath/shower atmosphere?
I recently had a sealed container of ACV in the bath and after awhile I noticed it had formed a gel-like residue within the container, which I filtered out but it was gross. Is this a bad sign, of decay?
And what about lemon juice? Plus do you squeeze it from fresh lemon and then store it, or buy lemon juice in the container already?
How do you store yours?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

ACV doesn't have to be refrigerated. I don't know why yours formed a gel substance. The lemon juice should be refrigerated. I don't store lemon juice typically. I just sqeeze however much I need at the moment and use it. I wouldn't buy the premade lemon juice. It is not fresh and contains preservatives.
