At the moment i'm here in Delhi, India, for another 3 days (then back to London) and i have a problem with some kind of parasite in my gut. It was my ego who told me "i can't get sick" so i drank some local water, which didn't even taste good, and only a few hours later i started vomiting and had cramps, which was quite interesting experience as i haven't been sick in maybe 2 years or more. Yesterday i also had a little headache and a bit of cold feeling. Today i feel good except for rumbling in my stomach and gas, also my energy level is not as high as it usually is, i feel something is taking energy. All is not as normal.

So i know my body is not as super now as it could because i spent a few months in a vegan community eating too much rice etc cooked foods. Already more than 3 years ago i had the same kind of parasite problem here in India but i cured myself with raw food, and i've been following that since. Well i've never been 100% but usually i'm quite good at following my inner guide and eating mostly raw. Maybe it is also the other stresses of this trip that have caused my energy level to drop and let this little bugger in.

Now how to loose it? Since 4 days, i've only eaten fruits and since i vomited (that happened only a few times) i have been taking only liquids. But today i realized even fruit JUICE is not good to take, it gives this creature more food. And since 4 days i've been doing an enema every morning (i got one very good kit in London before i left, i knew i will need it) and this morning i also added bentonite clay water to it (and my morning urine). Talking of bentonite, i've been drinking it for the same period of 4 days. India has one of the best bentonites in the world (at least better than the one i've found in London). Bentonite is magic stuff, tastes good, feels good, and is all natural.

So i have 3 days, what else i can do? Go to pray in a Hindu temple? Stand on my head for 8 hours? If i was in Thailand a few years ago i'd go to see "egg lady", my Thai massage teacher always talked about her. You take an egg to her from the market, she makes some ceremonies, breaks the egg in front of you, then worms and other things come out of it. She can cure you from black magic. For me it does not matter if you explain something or not, the only question is if it works or not. As i feel, west is too much into "logic" and does not want to accept "magic".

Any advice you have will be of help.

Still i feel very good regardless of the situation, but i'm amazed to feel how one little creature can create such havoc in me. If i didn't feel anything, i'd let him be there, we could live in harmony together, but now he is taking too much space, so i have to slap the poor guy

Get some tinctures of Wormwood, Cloves, and Fresh Green Black Walnut Hulls and take 2-3 times a day. Eat plenty of fresh garlic too. Try doing some research at curezone.com at the Parasite Forum, Iodine supplementation Forum and Ask Moreless PH and remember to take only what you want and leave the rest, be skeptical and wary in what you decide to do and how you do it.

since you are in india, why don't you go see an ayurvedic specialist? they will likely give you some herbs including the ones that prism mentioned... i would imagine they would be pretty well versed on effective parasite cleanses...

Ah, I remember it well. Delhi belly. Feels like being kicked in the gut by a mule, doesn't it?

I agree with maui_butterfly - get thee to an ayurvedic physician. They will have things there to help. Hopefully.

When you get back home, the best parasite cleanse I've ever used is from Awareness herbs - it's called 'clear'. Google it to find a distributor.

It sounds like you drank some dirty water, and it might be E. coli or crytosporidium or some other unfriendly bacteria like that. It will take a couple of days to get over it.

You definitely need to eat something, and eat well in the meantime!

Stare at a tree and know stillness. Your mind (and thus, your body) is out of control.

Settle.

Accept whatever is within, whether it is a so-called "parasite", a painful memory, or a vicious thought. None of it is you, at least not entirely,....at least not at the deepest place, which you seem not to know.

Just watch it all and be. You are the life essence, the stillness, the watching,..and also the manifested form.

Something is out of alignment with you. Let go and let it line up. Watch that mind of yours.

Eat a green smoothie with only ingredients that truly feel right.
