I like Dimond Health for discounted bulk items and they'll even do custom orders from stuff not on the website. Too many of these places charge too much. Think Dimond Health is also a member of this forum, so it's nice having that personal contact. price was my issue with highvibe (back when i looked at them). ebay surprisingly is also kind of costly even though for other things u can get a go

I've never tried that brand, looks interesting. The one I use that seems to give results is Healthy Habits B-12 Patch. It's the one most raw fooders like. I get them from dimond health. If you do a search many other places sell them too.

Has anyone tried Adya Clarity and if so what has been you experience with it? After waiting awhile I finally located a cheap internet source for this but am deciding if I should stock up on it. Just trying 1 or 2 is so pricey otherwise.

I've seen lists lately but they have salmon and other unhealthy stuff on it. one dumb list actually had canned things.

this is not a healthy diet for more than a brief time no matter how much u want to rationalize it. if someone cant tolerate fruit it has nothing to do with the fruit. they have other issues they need to resolve with their health.

whole foods quality is pretty bad a lot of the time anyhow, so no need to intentionally damage it. should make it easy to ask for discounts on a lot of it though. ive seen them remove stuff that looked perfectly fine many times. how it tastes is another story.

minor illness is nothing compared to the serious ones your friends will likely get later.

That's quite expensive. I can get them cheaper from several sources. last place i used www.dimondhealth.com wasnt gonna mention the source on here, but figured people will ask.

i always ask a bunch of questions. otherwise they'll just say yes even though its not. the almond source i buy almonds from gets its from the farms. i think all cashews are imported. walnuts, seeds seem to be easy to find raw and others too. either buy direct from the source or a raw company that actually knows what raw is.

doing a detox along with starting raw is not the best way to make it work. you should try one or the other when you're new. then later you can add in another cleanse.
