Its beautiful, but from the research ive done, has definitely become really expensive to live in...I've been thinking for a long time of disappearing off to some beautiful island paradise as well... Costa Rica would definitely be a lovely place to do that in if it wasnt for the high cost of living

I have to say, from the viewpoint of a young man, when I first heard of this, i was outraged at what he said, invited all of my friends to attend, then when I found how passionate my female friends became about the whole book quake thing, I found myself kinda loving this man for saying what he did...BEST MONDAY EVER!!!... I'm just sayin...spending all day amongst scantily clad women, who all thin

I wonder if running the zucchini threw a juicer first, then collecting the zucchini pulp would work? then you could just add whatever liquid you needed to alter the consistency... plus you could juice a few more things after the zucchini is out and have a delicious beverage to drink while making your hummus!!! lol

I really cheap and simple way to do as you say, dehydrate your almonds or anything for that matter, is get one of those big square box fans, on the side the air blows out of, place one of those heater filtration things, one big enough to fit over the whole fan, ya know the kind? with all the ridges? make sure to use ones that are pure cellulose or cotton, anything that doesnt have fiberglass in i

I dunno, maybe im just lucky, or maybe I dont know what a well blended smoothie is supposed to be like, but my $15 clearance sale blender can even blend ice down till you cant even tell you put ice in there, I throw carrots in my blenders and you ant tell they where ever put in there... oatmeal it has a slightly harder time with, it blends it well enough, but I can never get the smoothie as smoot

The inhibitor I believe is also broken down by chemical cooking, I could be wrong though, as I was just told that by a friend and im not entirely sure where he got his information from... also, they often call the orange ones "yams" in the store, but there are literally almost no actual yams available in the united states, and yams themselves are huuuuge, most of the small ones can weig

Freezer jam seems the only viable way... people can buy it i nthe freezer section, have maybe a box with multiple smaller than usual compostable containers of jam in it, so they only take one out of the freezer at a time, enough for maybe a week, and each container should last you a couple weeks in the fridge... its doable, but the costs would be pretty high. Sugar preserves, but if there is a

I think frozen veggies would work, but unless you buy the bargain bin stuff, it wont cost you much less than fresh... alternatively, a smoothie ive made that packs a major nutritional wallop, along with lots of lasting energy, is I take whatever fresh fruits that are on a good sale, frozen fruit if they are on a good sale as well, some of my favorites lately have been strawberries and pineapple, a

has anyone considered chemical cooking for rice or beans? cooking with acids such as lime juice or pineapple juice? its supposed to have the same effect on many foods as cooking can have, yet without damaging the nutrients within them... maybe if you use leave rice or beans in an some sort of acid long enough they will work?... wait...I feel a bad pun coming on... Limey beans anyone?lol...
