Wanting feedback as to what is the best food processor. I've read user reviews that suggest one brand is hard to clean, another leaks, etc. Any feedback? Deborah

I love Mangosteen. I love everything about them. Not much chance of finding any here in Alaska, but I can always hope. Deborah

My fruit gets delivered and left on my front deck at 20 below. I've gone over it and over it with the Post Office. The box obviously contains fruit, but because Harry and David boxes have instructions on them for the box to be left if no one is home, the Post Office won't go against that. Some beautiful fruit has been ruined, and it's a gift from my elderly father. Harry and David will repl

MD is a vascular disease. My father has it. He also had 12 inches of blocked artery by-passed in his right leg. I think it's safe to say that if vascular disease exists in one part of the body, it likely is developing in another part of the body. I don't believe any amount of vitimins will correct or slow down the progression of MD if a low-fat diet is not also adopted. I've counseled

Seabucktho, you know that she is female, you know that she's in trouble, you know that she is singinraw's friend. That's a lot of information. If you can't support the friend, support singinraw, it's what she needs right now. The One Who made her knows who she is and exactly what her needs are. Deborah

Just my thoughts here, what's working for me. I'm responding to your “FOOD ADDICT” comment. I have struggled terribly with cravings, eating wrong foods, unhealthy foods, and especially eating at night. I can white-knuckle it all day long, but I’m a sucker for anything at night. A couple of things have helped me. One is the program The Pathway. It is a book AND a program, there

<<Probably not what you wanto hear but... Well I think this way of eating does nothing but cause greif and confusion. I tried it back when I was 100% raw for about 6 months.Personally it didn't do anything for me.The low fat idea is nutts IMO.Once 100% raw wee need serious amounts of good quality fats to funtion 100% IMO.It's one of the most detrimantal things you could do-not to.Thri

I visited them once. Not impressed, the owner was bragging about sneaking in varieties of coconuts that weren't legal in Hawai'i. My love for Hawai'i left me feeling pretty unhappy with their outlaw attitudes and disregard for the ecology of the area. D

Bryan, you bring up good points. The fact is, this was a short-term experiment that addressed only one issue - weight loss. I would have much rather seen them talk about health AND weight, do some blood work, take some base-line measurements beyond merely weight and compare those as well. As for the negative comments concerning the content of Alissa’s diet, she says clearly in her bo
