I wouldn't say he's much of an inspiration as a breatharian. Nor do I agree with earlier comments that he looks great, to me he looks like he's lost a lot of that good lean muscle he once had. I don't see him uploading fitness videos anymore that in itself is telling.

If Jericho Sunfire's definition of "breatharian" is something different then maybe he should call it something different instead of trying to get into the hype. The guy has really disappointed me if I'm honest, I used to point to him (Richard Blackman) when people told me you can't have muscles and be vegan. I do know that he's back in the UK now. I really liked his fruitarian a

Instead of arguing over whos diet is best, can't we just say, listen to your body and if it's not working for you then change it? I am so tired of reading about how "bad" fruit is, yet 75% of my diet is fruit and I have never felt or looked better.

I am not going to worry, I feel great when I eat bananas. Eating something that came directly from a tree will always be better than anything you could eat from the world of cooking, heating and processing (hybridized or not). Yet another attempt by someone to demonize some type of fruit. Listen to what your body tells you to eat. Mmmmm tasty ripe bananas!

The healthier I have become with my diet the less attractive alcohol has become, as it brings down my mood, makes my body hold more water and steals my energy, I am not at the point where I can say I won't ever have it again, but I am at the point where if I have a glass a wine it will only be one, and will be organic and vegetarian approved.

I work for ACE Ltd, an Insurance Company as a Commercial Casualty Underwriter. I would like to do something where I help people though, you could argue on the very positive that I help large businesses to maintain continuity and not go out of business following a large loss and that prevents people from losing their jobs, and help improve Health and Safety in work places but I would like to h

My eyes changed from very dark brown to almost hazel. One of my friends kept asking me if I was wearing those color contacts. Here is a fairly recent pic: My raw friends! I haven't been on here for sometime, I hope you are all well.

How can they justify the focus on things like almonds when e-coli and salmonella is so prevellent in meat and the USDA and FDA do nothing. I agree best to supply yourselves. I don't eat almonds anymore but things like this sadden me, indeed what is is next?

It's just reaching out to meet like minded people, especially since being Vegan can make you feel like a freak, particularly if no one else you know is one! I recently read the book "Vegan Freak" by Bob and Jenna Torres by the way its a good read. Oh well it's all good. Don't worry I'm not going to cry myself to sleep about it! I just found myself disapointed is all. After al

Yeah, I get what you guys are all saying, I guess it's just hard to make new friends in reality but easier online, less friendship commitment I guess. It's not that it is focused on food, I tell people all the time that there is a lot more to life than food, to me being vegan goes far beyond diet. As you said Aquadecoco, I guess I just want to know more people who share the same or similar

I have been trying to make an effort to meet more Vegan's lately, I have met 3 people fairly recently from vegan forums on the internet and I have been disapointed. They were all really obsorbed in tones of drama in their lives and a lot of it seemed like stuff they could work out without too much effort if they tried or just sat down and talked about it rationally. I am not trying to be jud

When it comes to protein quality and absorption are far more improtant that number of grams you eat. In my opinion vegetable based protein is better. Look at the Fruitarian One - All he eats is fruit, now look at those pictures and tell me if you think he's lacking protein or isn't athletic (Sorry F1, I am always using you as a reference point on this issue). It is more difficult t

Bracken, It may be worth you looking into the apple fast I mentioned, apples contain pectin which is a truly excellent type of fiber and shouldn't make your bowels loose. It seems to normalize digestive transit. You can google it to find more info, but basically you eat nothing but organic apples for a minimum of 3 days, drink only water (no tea or coffee etc). On the morning you break y

Blemish and acne free skin is hard to achieve for many of us it seems, doesn't it just annoy the heck out you when you see that absolute junk food eater with perfect skin and nice figure! I have had acne myself for a about 12 years it seems to get better and worse in cycles, which to me helps show that our bodies do certain things in cycles, particularly cleansing. I got a bunch of mango's from a market the other day. They are getting really ripe, nice red and yellow colors! I eat one today without bothering to cut it up and it was great. Have I been eating mango's under rippe all this time? I would normally have eaten them green, this one tasted much better when I just bit into it when it was fully ripe.
