That one raw/vegan girl (Natasha I think - she's on youtube) was concerned becasue her B12 was so low. According to her, that's why she went back to a non-vegan lifestyle.

Okay to make fun of a person's stature, but don't critize Big O in any way, shape or form or y'all have to pull out the race card... Oh, nothing was inferred by the "little man" reference? I see...well then, nothing was implied by the basketball dude either... Re John McCain - Mi

Are you new to juicing? Greens normally taste bitter, some worse than other, Collard greens for example. You can throw an Apple or two in to sweeten it up. Vegetables are more bitter tasting than any fruit juices will be.

John, do you have an actual "day" job? I've always wondered, as I can't see how anyone has the time to do all of the research/posting that you do and still supoort themselves with a "9 to 5". BTW, if your message is so very important, why don't you set up a website instead of posting "wall of text" on a forum with maybe only 15 active members at this point?

LOL - Have a close look at the unit. Shoddy/old/scrap pieces of wood and the excess glue around the base of the legs add a nice touch... Okay for a home project I suppose, but I sure wouldn't be trying to sell those things at $250 a pop!

I read the other thread early on and I must admit I had the same thought, you are the owner/salesman of this item. There was a member on here several months ago who was hawking a similar model press as you have there. Honestly, I thought it was the same guy. But, I'll give the benefit of the doubt. As for the juicer itself; I'm a long-time juicer, and I have a Norwalk as well as other hig

Of the cheaper models, I've always found the Oster brand to be relible. I also like Waring, and I see some of their models are in the price range you are looking for. Not sure about the glass containers, you'll have to look through them.

Might as well weigh in on this one... I've never been on board with this guy and his type. A huge turn off is all the mystical "hoo-ha" that always surrounds this sort of thing. Most of them basically talk in circles, or riddles with no definite substance to what they are saying. Never a website set up with tips, suggestions, instructions, etc. on how to live as a breatharian. (mi

la_v, So what are you saying - we should simply throw the law book out the window when we feel it is justified? I just don't understand what part of "illegal" folks don't "get". It's a fine line, I suppose... Simply put, I wouldn't be an "illegal"; I prefer to do my business in accordance with the law, even though the lawmakers don't, lol.

What do I think about it? Coming from an abusive childhood, I have an obvious bias on this...but I feel the obit is justified, they should let it stand. (The Newspaper) It has always been said - "Make certain you live a good life so the preacher doesn't have to lie at your funeral", lol. If they are still angry, I suppose that is their business & we have no grounds to

Of course, the paper did the "PC" thing & removed the obit. Hey, let the chips fall where they may - if the was an evil, mean person, why sweep it under the rug? One may even go as far to classify the obit as "literary art". Maybe it will send a message to stupid parents out there who are presently enguaging in ruining their kids lives as we speak. "Mari

I just receievd this in an email - it shouldn't surprise me, with the "controlled" system we have in place today, but somehow it does surprise me. I cannot believe to what lengths the "system" has gone to re-educate/control the populus. Read on - "This for us American's, but all are welcome... My daughter is in the 4th grade, and she left her American history book a

LOL - I just don't know what to say after that. I've watched vids where people are freaking out inside the resturant, but I've never seen that one. ..."you don't want me to assume my true form..." Wow - some people are definitely living on the edge. 20 yrs. ago I ate those horrible things & I don't ever remember getting that worked up over them, lol.

coco, For me, it's an intolerance issue; I don't not tolerate libs at all, I see them as a cancer on the country, even the world. LIberals aren't the least bit tolerant of others views either, christians for example. I'm probably broad brushing with my statements, I'm sure there is a lib someplace that can be agreeable, but for the most part - you're not going to change your opinion/belief

I feel that threads like this are focused towards weak-mined people. In other words, all these quotes are just "pretty-sounding" words, but the principles really never work out in the real world. Nice guys finish last - I see it time & time again. I agree with Kidraw on her points.

"Well, I was not in the slightest turned on by it. I think it's brainwashing for young teens also who watch the stuff and might want to emulate her character in thinking this is what makes people famous and 'attractive'. After all, the thuggish culture would enjoy it. I remember in middle school and often in high school also, people thought Rebellion was Cool. same here. " Here here.

And again "they" strike; On another forum, there is a girl who weighs 350+ lbs. (her admission). She just had a physical last week & was presented with a "great bill of health, her numbers couldn't have looked any better...". BP normal, all bloodwork normal...I notice she didn't mention anything about her "normal" weight for her height...but oh well. Th

It sounds like you are/were? in incredible shape. I could not run a 10K w/o breaking a sweat, lol. I've played w/ several nutrient levels over the years; at present, my ratio is 40/40/20 (C/P/F). Usually though, I follow a 60/20/20 regimen. I like to try different rations to see how my body responds. I am about 80-85% raw. I use Garden of Life/Sun Warrior proteins for when I need quick mea

"Robert Cheeke's diet seems a bit heavy on processed junk to me" Sure is, lol. And, he even admits that in his book. During his bb years his goal was to get "swole"at all costs, but remain vegan. In order to get a large amount of bulk/cals. conveniently and quickly, he pushed the processed/ cooked vegan diet. Your BP numbers seem a bit on the low side to me, even for a s

That's interesting - I've not heard of anyone getting dizzy while lifting on a 100% vegan diet. Are you certain you are breathing correctly? The only other thing that comes to mind is low blood sugar or low blood pressure. I hang out on a couple of vegan bb boards & I've not seen this talked about either. It is something to ponder. Are you able to do heavy physical labor otherwise without

Oops, missed this, HH. "Just curious: What sort of physical activity do you do at 8% Bf?" I've been a bodybuilder for years & actually used to carry more bodyfat, probably closer to high teens, maybe even 20 when I was a meat/dairy eater (UGH). When I went vegan, & then high raw, that was like the magic formula for me. Now I always have "cut abs", lol. Aside from
