Actually I rarely get heartburn. I don't know why that is. I just have indigestion or acid coming up my esophagus frequently. I burp a lot when I move around. Could I still have amebas and other parasites? What would a doctor do for that anyway? I've taken a parasite cleanse product before - would something like that be more effective then what a doctor would prescribe me?

Thank you that was very helpful. The first article said: Quotepeople who consumed more cholesterol and saturated fatty acids and a higher percentage of calories from fat were more likely to experience GERD symptoms. What about fish oil - my doctor has me taking fish oil for epa and dha, and I read that raises your cholesterol. I've been taking 2,000mgs/day because it's suppose to reduce in

Problem, reaction, solution - as David Icke says. David Wilcocks says that Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are in an group that is trying to reduce the population, probably with this virus. And of course Bill Gates has the solution - the vaccines. I'd be afraid of the vaccine, they'll probably reduce the population even more with it. Why, btw, are all these wealthy people psychos? Are they control

I heard with 5G they will be able to create autonomous cars that drive themselves which will stop all of these auto accidents. But it will also make us sicker.

I'm still on a standard American diet, but I want to change that because I'm sick of being sick. But I can't afford to eat mostly fruits - it's way to expensive. So I was thinking about eating the way Ann Wigmore taught. It seems to be the most inexpensive way to get all the nutrients that you need. I have acid reflex and I believe it's coming up and getting into my airways - and inflaming t

Ranch dressing is my favorite salad dressing. But they always have msg and milk (dairy) in them. Anybody got a good ranch recipe that doesn't have either of those two ingredients? I'm also allergic to cashews unfortunately. Is there any way to create a good ranch dressing without those ingredients? Is it even possible?

Where could I move to where lots of people eat healthy? Where there is plenty of raw foodists or vegans? Where I can get a vegan girlfriend. Where there are vegan restaurants? And the weather is nice all year around (I hate cold weather)?

I have already tried a few recipes that copy some cooked food and I was disappointed, so I don't see the point of doing that. It's obviously going to taste different the the cooked version. On one hand I really don't like spending time in the kitchen preparing meals. I also don't like meals with lots of ingredients or hard to find ingredients. But on the other hand I also don't enjoy eati

I want to be a raw vegan for health and spiritual reasons, but I don't know how to make vegan meals that actually taste good. I don't like learning this stuff from books or youtube videos. I want to go somewhere where I can get some hands on experience. I thought about going to the Hippocrates Health Institute, but I seriously doubt they teach you how to make meals that actually taste good

Yeah, that's one reason I thought it would be better to grown my own grass inside - so I don't have to worry about pesticides, insects, and polluted rain water. So, the reason people use like a half inch of soil on their tray and keep replacing it is to keep the nutrients at maximum levels. What about using 3 or 4 inches of soil and just adding nutrients to the soil every two weeks. Mix th

How do you go about making sure you got the best nutrient rich soil for growing your food in? I would really like to hear from an organic gardening expert (or whatever they are called) on this subject - if there are any on here. I have heard that there are over 60 essential minerals that should be in our soil, and was at one time (correct me if I'm wrong). And, that our top soils have beco

I've been thinking about growing my own wheatgrass. I read somewhere that there are hundreds of different kinds of grasses and that they are all edible. Although that kind of conflicts with other sources which say that some grasses are poisonous. Does anybody know for sure? I also read somewhere that you could also just juice the grass in your own yard because they all have similar health b

I use to wonder whether it was good idea to put nuts or seeds into my smoothies. Ann Wigmore's energy soups where kind of similar to a smoothie and she would add avocado which is a good fat. Made me wonder why she didn't use other omega sources like nuts and seeds for more of a variety. She only used certain fruits however, like apple or papaya that which mix well with the other stuff. I th
