I think if something makes you vomit that's a pretty clear reaction. Maybe you are allergic. Maybe it was contaminated with something. Maybe you drank too much. Whatever the reason try it again in smaller doses maybe. Too much of any good thing can give bad results lol

10. Re: Carrageenan?
Yes you can make soy milk in it or nut and seed milks in it . It has a heat element if you want to do soy. Or you run it cold for everything else

pour the milk into your bath so you can feel like an arabian prince for a day before down the drain it goes
I bought a soybella nutmilk maker as i didnt like straining the seeds and nuts through strainers and bags .. i love it and will never go back to storebought milks

Jimtoo considering most fruit/veg are kinda of the oblong shape or not perfectly round most people squeeze around the middle for ripeness which is the thickest widest part .. by the time you have give at that point the middle can be well over ripe
try taking your thumb and pushing on the stem end or the bottom end and see if it has give there .. that slight *give* is a good indication of ripen

Does anything have to be anything RP?
Is desire not something that is valid?
If preference is valid then desire must be as well
I sometimes like my veggies commando (undressed) too

My mom was a die hard alcoholic to the bitter end and my dad died fighting her addiction till his last breath. when i ended up with my mom living with me for the last year she was with us my sisters and brothers fought me tooth and nail on everything i did and decended on my parents

While I agree somewhat .. how is the average person able to define high quality food .. are we all to have microscopes and expensive testing equipment? a peice of organic fruit or veg might look good at first glance but h

Michelle revist the (non-law) rules of salad dressing .. they are just guidelines .. you can eleminate any part and still come out with a good recipie .. dont like the fat? leave it out .. dont like the salt? leave it out ! etc...
reprint hehe:
this was posted in the recipe section maybe you can make something with the stuff you have based on the formulas below

Funny stress has the opposite effect on me. When I get stressed I withdraw and lack motivation. When things are sailing smoothly it energizes me and my creativeness heightens
I hate stress lol

26. Re: Sun Starving
this backfires in a lot of ways .. leggy plants (plants with too little light) expend too much energy in growing stalk and leaves and less energy to fruits and roots .. not saying it doesn't have its place but it would warrant more experiment in your area with what you are growing
I had tomato plants one year I thought were getting TOO much sun so I move them back in the shade somewhat and I

look at it from a broader perspective
eating milk isn't vegan
doesn't KILL the cow
maybe the cow was treated nicely (like bees)
but still milk is a byproduct of the dairy industry which is not cow freindely

women *GET* to cheat ? how about the last 100 years of putting up with how distinquished gentlemen look as they age vs. women looking like old dried up prunes
women have been encouraged ..no almost browbeaten into trying to look younger .. the makeup industry is a testament of that !

If you notice your are puffier that is probably a good indication that what you have added (sea salt and olive oil) is not doing a lot of good at the moment I would find alternatives
