why is everyone on raw incredibly sexy? even the men I find sexy... and as far as I know I'm not sexually interested in men. Never have been... don't foresee ever being. Even if people are still overweight it's like I can see and feel the peace in their photos... it's truly beautiful and magnetic.

I really think it has a lot to do with fruits and greens... I find the more I just eat those.. even with oil on them, the easier it is to maintain... now if I start eating a bunch of nuts and seeds.. THAT'S when I feel heavy, bloated and gain weight. Coconut.. didn't you gain a bunch of weight when you ate a lot of nuts, seeds and oils? However, my wife doesn't seem to want as much fruit as I

my wife is awful about cooked gluten but I used to sprout and even just soak grains without sprouting them. I used to make cookies and breads a lot and she was fine. With that said she has a sensitivity not a celiac... but a strong sensitivity. Every 5 or 6 months I make something with spelt or wheat berries and it's ok. Hope this helps.

I was diagnosed clinically depressed and had been that way for years. I'm no longer depressed like I was. I still have down days, but they are nothing like they used to be. Plus I just get out and go for a walk, eat a papaya or read a book now. I also used to suffer from MASSIVE allergies. They are about 50% what they used to be. I has swollen ankles, a gout like condition in my left foot and I e

this seems a little silly actually... where do you live? what books do you own? what other things are you trying? Sorry if I sound skeptical but your post actually sounds bogus to me. Sorry if I seem harsh, it's just that I've never heard of anyone becoming raw who hates salads. But please answer my questions, what book have you purchased? where do you live? what other things are you doing?

108. sciatica
OK... so I was diagnosed with sciatica in December... it's quite painful and they put me on a steroid to treat it last time. It's now inflaming AGAIN and becoming painful. Steroids are awful and I have no desire to do that to my immune system again. Basically what's happening is the sciatic nerve in my right leg is becoming inflamed. I go to the chiropractor now about once a month and get adju

Raw In Ten Minutes... is not a fast book, it's poorly written and yes the food sucks! You have to change every single recipe. HOWEVER, Eating Without Heating is really really good. It's got good recipes, even if they sound bad, and they are all pretty darn quick. CoconutChronicles.. you may like this book too.

or you can put a little bit of warm water in a glass... squeeze in some lemon and honey... mixe in the honey... add some fresh ginger juice and use sparkling water, like from Poland Springs or something, and make your own ginger ale. We do occasionally. I suppose you could use agave or even some apple juice instead of honey. Just put the carbonation in last.

ok this is the second time in like 2 minutes I've followed CoconutChronicles' ideas with my own... hmmmmmm anyway... I though immediately of like a thai salad with a almond curry sauce, coconut noodles, zuchini noodles and some sprouts. cilantro would be awesome with this and a squeeze of lime and hot peppers if you like. I made something very similar to this last week.. mmmmm but I didn't hav

I would replace the coconut butter possibly with meat from young coconuts and use almond flour leftover from almond milk. basically just look at a raw almond cookie recipe and shape them like lady fingers. although coconutchronicles' ideas may work better... I was just thinkin that's what I would do when I read her stuff... Lisa did ya get my pm?

yeah I'd have to agree with my sister in law's decision to have a breast reduction because of that pair of motor homes she had out front. She does actually look better too... Lisa, that's why I had to comment because I thought the fact you expressed yourself in that way was so cool. I would have to say that immediately a person's inner beauty doesn't affect their outter beauty but all it takes

my wife nursed our child for 3 years... not like 10 times a day mind you but still... and my wife still has a smokin bod... there are a ton of sororities here at Penn State and my wife, who is almost 39, still has a flat belly, great breasts and looks amazing. The local college girls frequently look at her like they are jealous and I've heard a couple say they hope they look that good when they a
