Sorry you're not happy with the juicer. I love mine! Hopefully this will help some:
For cleaning, buy a good vegetable scrub brush, and use it along with the normal one. It saves a ton of time.
Wheat grass does smell strong when you're juicing it, you'll get use to that. To me it smells like a fresh cut lawn.
When you make one juice, then go to make another, it should be done right away

My raw "junk food" snack is dates with almond butter!
Not the best food combining, I know, but it tastes incredible! Way better than pb&j!

I think it's great there are so many new people here since I last posted.
I tend to come and go, get into posting for a while, then get busy and fade out of site. I've been doing that for several years now. Seems like there's a lot of reasons people stop posting. Work is usually the evil that gets in my way from hanging out here!
It's cool to get to know new people and great to see familia

The Pritikin program is good and I applaud Jeff's efforts. Programs like that are VERY helpful to someone living a SAD lifestyle. The research page references some articles in informative journals, but not What I'm looking for because the Pritikin program is not based on raw vegan.
I read David Klein's book a few years back. It helped me a lot at the time. It is

Thank you both!
As a raw food vegan for over 5 years, I consider myself living proof of how this lifestyle reduces the debilitating symptoms/effects of autoimmune diseases. It's not a cure, but it does make life bearable, and keeps most symptoms mellow, most of the time. :-)
What I'm looking for is studies, trials, published testimonials, etc.
There were none to be found when I went raw.

I gotta remember to read my posts before I hit the post button...
I guess I deleted a sentence or two by mistake, including a reference to blushing.
Anyway, I'm only doing what I believe...Helping others is a fundamental purpose in life.
It's great to see narz getting better so quickly!
