This is how I, only I, look at the world: Chlorella isn't a whole food in it's natural state, it's dehydrated and tr(h?)eated. Wheatgrassjuice doesn't got it's fiber left and used as medicine and even tastes bad after a while + the oxidizing. I'm not sure if these are the best sources for a homo sapiens sapiens to eat. I haven't really checked all posts here but I think this guy got it, Sherif Kamal: Altho, he doesn't run a marathon everyday but I gess he's getting all of his calories. His website: One thing I always see occuring: If you build big muscles you eat extra protein (sun-warrior mostly). Have you also seen this or can you build these muscles (like Sherifs) without extra protein?

Hi! What do Cron-o-meter makes their measurses on? Peeled bananas or bananas with peel? For example, I have bought 1 kg bananas, should I peel them before I weight them or should I just put in 1000 gram of bananas to get my correct calorie intake?

So there is still just gessing and a myth that ripening fruits will make them more alkaline? I gess it don't matter because I'll always eat ripe fruits because it tastes better. But what can I say to people that eat stone-pears and green bananas? Great, for the complex carbs, but will it also make them more acid?

almond milk are fat, so in large quantites it will work lika a fatty product. It's dilutet, sure! It's sprouted, sure! It's better than a dry almond. Try it and experiment how much fat you can combine.

I ate 60-80% energyfats for almost 2 years until I realized that I could feel even better with less fat. It's crazy tho, that I felt so good with so much fat every day, so do what you feel for in the beginning and later on (when YOU are ready) move toward 30%-20%-10% energyfats. Remember, 10 E% fat are the final goal, maybe not what you need "today".

Wow, your doctors "healthy" range was between 32-100? haha, here in Sweden we got between 25-100 so if you lived here, you wouldn't be recommended any d-vitamin. I even told my doctor that I wanted to have higher levels but she insisted on "that's unnecessary". I too feel a bit better, my chrons have been calmer since I started with 5000iu. Great too hear!

My recent bloodtest said I had a value of 27 with the 25(OH)-D test and according to my doctor the good values are between are between 25-100, but according to Dr. Mercola the "healthy value" are between 55-65 so I'm eating 3000ui in the morning and 2000ui at the evening every day. I have eaten bananas that had gotten their peels all brown, but the meat was all yellow/white. You think it's still "overripe"? For me an overripe are when the meat are mushy and brown-yelly-like. I'm also learned (brainwashed?) that fruits should be acidifying when unripe, nothing about overripe. A thought, are that when the banana are overripe, it gets a low pH for the breakdown

Yes, I understand that. I was wondering about the fysiological functions and it can't be easy to give answers about that. I know that cooked blueberries are constipating and raw blueberries are hydragouge. But bananas are always raw..
