What makes the Green Star so unpleasant to clean is the number of parts, plus two holes. I counted 7 parts (not counting the juice and pulp bowls) as John Kohler was cleaning the GS Elite, and they're rather bulky. The Omega 8004 has 4 parts, and they're on the small side. What John didn't show us in the video (and no one else does either) is the cleaning of the two holes in the juicer where the

Good Luck and Best Wishes to you Kwan. I know what you mean about Fruit. It seems Sugar of any kind tends to set me off. I do Best on Greens. I do allow a little Carrot...even though it's high in sugar. Your 'Long Juice Fast' seems to be just what the doctor ordered. I may join you for part of it. I agree with Coco about rinsing the container as soon as you can. Usually warm water, without soap, swished around with my bottle brush (similar to the one pictured) is enough to keep mine clean. The blades are designed not to be removed. But if you can't live with the stain, you may have to remove them, as Coco suggested. I wouldn't be putting a strong cleanser in the container......WY
