try raw garlic!!! It always knocked out my colds. Take 2 or 3 cloves before you go to bed see what happens!!

Am I the only raw foodist that is enjoying the ambrosial juicy startfruit?? I just got some from the farmers market yesterday, ocean water treated may I add. SO so good!!
P.S. Also enjoying the tangerines and meyer lemons!!

35. nude sun bathing
I was at the nude beach ( in South Florida) yesterday, laying naked in the sun. It felt soooo good the warn sun kissing my skin. It so so nice to be raw and have fear of the sun. Has anyone else felt this wonderful phenomenal experience?

This post is long over due. I was always the type of person who got sun burned easily, had to be very careful and wear sunblock. In June I moved from the Midwest to South Florida. SO I did a experiment I was 100% raw for 3 days. I went to the nude beach and laid out in the evil South Florida summer sun with no sun block on. My skin turned red, I was burnt. Out of fear of pain I remained raw
