Arugula: REALLY....THEN QUOTE ME ALL THE STUDIES ABOUT WHICH YOU WRITE, FROM WHOLE FOODS, NIH, ETC. You appear to be very much in the know about these studies that are so definitive. So why did you not simply quote them rather than ask me to quote them? Do I note some motive here that may not be for the well-being of all? PLEASE. Blissed be, Annie

ARUGULA: NO ONE ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING ME, HAVE CLAIMED TO CURE CANCERS! We have only sited examples. You need, in my personal opinion, a very serious attitude adjustment NOW. Those of us who are trying to help would appreciate support, UNTRUTHS. Thank you for your clarity, kind consideration and RATIONALITY. Blissed be, Annie

RawSun: What you are experiencing is detoxification. Either you continue through it for about 7-10 days, depending on how internally unwell you are, or you go Bryan's route. I have done GC's diet for many years and suffered through all the detox, only always to come out on the other side IN A STATE OF BLISS. & MY HEALTH HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER! My clients do the Phase 1 for about 3 w

Arugula: I think you better ask Brian Clements or Gabiel Cousins for that specific information. As you may or may not know, trials to establish what you wish to see are funded by big-pharma, not the whole or raw foods industry. And the journels you so highly speak of WILL ONLY PUBLISH what their advertisers pay for. In fact, JAMA just had an article recently called something like "Is M

Thanks but the babyboomers, many of whom, have lived very well, ate well, exercised, etc., are the ones contracting it....so forget about living somewhere else - its everywhere! & I do not believe traditional medicine does any good. The stats are not real. Did you know that for any cancer study anyone who doesn't make it through the prescribed protcol is simply dropped from the study,

Trinity: Continue to be very diligent with your breasts. You cannot imagine how many women I encounter between the ages of 25 and 55 who have either a precancerous condition or cancer of the breasts. KNOW THAT ANY GROWTH ANYWHERE IN THE BODY IS ABNORMAL. So, raw would be a very good place for you to stay! Thanks for your contribution. Also know that Bryan is correct - it can be killed

You are absolutely correct - environmental pollution. My clients live all over the country, however, I have noticed that the ones with degenerative diseases, inevitably live in largeer urban areas, with higher levels of pollution and STRESS. I have noted as well that diet is not enough to stop cancer. Many clients have maintained what one would consider excellent diets for many years.

I would venture that environmental pollution is the culprit. Look at both zip codes - CHEMICALS off the map, even though most eat well, exercise, etc. Soy is a problem as are many other "supposed" health foods. You must know precisely what works and how in your body to avoid a 50% incidence of cancer in men and a 40% incidence of cancer in women. We are living in the time of thant

I thank everyone for their great input because we really need to address this issue ASAP. Thanks Mike. Have been doing, for self and clients, for years now exactly as you guys do. Specifically trained at HHI and OHI, although I must come visit TLRC soon. I see this problem way too much in clients, as you probably do as well. Natural Celluar Defense and powered form of zeolite being used now along with detoxification raw foods diet, and other non-invasive cleansing techniques.

I think you should review at least some research on fruit and its consumption before you make assumptions about me, my opinion and my health. AFTERALL, I HAVE BEEN AT THIS FOR TEN YEARS AND HAVE EXPERIENCED AS WELL AS SEEN MOST PROBABLY alot more than you have when it comes to fruit consumption and health. I would advise ANYONE to be careful with an ingestion of 80% of any one food type. Exc

I have noted through my own personal experience and the experience of many of my clients that the level of estrogen dominance in our world today is creating a tidal wave of breast and other endocrine related cancers, even in those of us who are primarly or 100% raw. So, I would love to hear of any recommendations or suggestions you may have to regulate the endocrine system, further cleanse t

Agree wholeheartedly with David Mason. You can also incorporate raw coconut meat, which is rich in essential fats, just as avocados are. Bananas are great, but too filled with sugar. You don't want your blood sugar bouncing around. Also the exercise and weights will help dramatically - but again try the coconut meat. Its delicious, filled with essential nutrients and fattening! Hear you!!!!!!!!!! While I have not been 100% raw, I am certainly there now. And life could not be better if I tried. The bliss with which I live my life is beyond description. And the levels of illness you speak of are stunning. In my own life too many young people, men and women, are becoming afflicted by serious illnesses, many of which could have been and still can be addressed through a

If you are healthy too much fruit is too much fruit. Fruit changes your intestinal flora dramatically due to its very high sugar levels. I would urge you to limit your fruit drinks to one every other morning if you are healthy. If you are unwell, you must limit them more. While berries, apples, pineapple, mango and papaya supply many very necessary nutrients, they also provide a very high sug

Kenny: I would urge you to do extensive reading before you become RAW. Or you might professionally consult with someone who has the experience and knowledge to lead you through your first stages. Eating raw is like anything else in life - mastery comes with time, focus, education and commitment. Best, Anne Kaspar BodyByBliss.com bodybybli&#

I would recommend, after ten years of personal and professional cleansing, colonics or enemas for certain. You must, however, replenish your intestinal flora, so please make certain you take a strong probiotic. Best, Anne Kaspar BodyByBliss.com bodybybliss@gmail.com 505.690.0169

Truly, after ten years of experience and observation, I would recommend fasting only with vegetable juices, wheatgrass juice, lemon juice and water - together. While many remarkable results have been obtained through strict water fasting, unless you are under the care of a healthcare provider who is very knowledgable about fasting, you could hurt yourself. Research the number of great fasting

Everyone is different. We all have different, very different DNA. Depending on your health status, you will heal and/or detox at a different rate than others even in a similar condition. So....you never know. However, if you follow a very specific cleansing/detox program, like the ones advocated by HHI, OHI or Creative Health Institute, you will detox, I believe from my personal and professio

You are precisely right! Coffee is one of the most damaging "chemicals" one can ingest, for so many reasons. All you have to do is research it online for a few moments to determine all its harmful effects on the human body. I recommend to my clients GREEN TEA, yerba matte or chai, although all have either caffeine or a cousin to it. BUT, if organic, you are doing much less damag

My experience, after ten years of being between 50-80% raw, is that one loses only the weight one should - meaning water weight, toxins and old fats that the liver can wasily process for fuel. Perhaps you've never done the HHI or OHI program, which is very specific in terms of detoxification, and thus, weight loss. Inevitably, if you are following a specific detox program, you will lose weight.
