I had a frozen Durian once, it was good tasting. I hear they pick the least rotten smelling Durian for export. Where it's grown I've heard it's not allowed to carry it on public transport in some locations, it smells too bad. If I lived where it grew I'd intentionally overlook the odour and pretend I liked it and eat plenty of it. When one pretends to like something intentionally it reacts

Ranch dressing is my favorite salad dressing. But they always have msg and milk (dairy) in them. Anybody got a good ranch recipe that doesn't have either of those two ingredients? I'm also allergic to cashews unfortunately.
Is there any way to create a good ranch dressing without those ingredients? Is it even possible?

Day 11
Very tired today following yesterdays' hike! Had to go back to sleep around 11am and woke around 1pm.
I had a change from orange juice and instead ate a banana and apple porridge with cinnamon and ginger. Lunch was two mason jars of kale/ romaine and banana smoothies and tea was a salad with a mock caesar dressing (which was delicious).
Didn't count the cals. Wiped out today. Phe

I just naturally seem to be able to digest plant fats and nuts really easily, whereas high carb foods, whether cooked or raw, and no matter how well combined (I'm been practicing proper food combining since I was about 28 years old) just seem to sit in my intestines and create fermentation and discomfort. I actually LOVE this diet. There are so many nuts, seeds, nut and se

Hi guys
For high nutrient foods, do you think it's better to have the food by itself as a shot (i.e. wheatgrass, chia, acai, spirulina) or okay/better to mix in with other foods in the form of a smoothie or dressing?
I can think of pros and cons both sides, though I do lean towards 'throw it in a juice/smoothie' because it's easier (and tastier).
