Hi, everyone!
I have a quick question... I have been transitioning to raw for a few months now. Two weeks ago I was doing about %75 raw--- eating, juicing mostly fruits all morning and afternoon. Hey, everyone-- have a question and wondering what your thoughts are???
Wondering why our hair changes color from when we are little....?????
I had very golden blonde hair as a little girl and over the years it just got darker and darker-- now its light brown/ dirty blonde...
Is it because of:
The SAD diet?
Pollution?

Just wondering if this works... want to start using henna but most say they don't think that one can do blonde color with henna..??? When I went to check out the henna products, however, they do sell a "blonde" henna??? Any ideas or experiences with using the blonde henna product?

Thanks again for the help-- ok, going to talk with stylist tomorrow... and see what he thinks... if it can be done, then I will strip my color and hope for the best... once this has been done, I think I will buy the blonde henna-- cut a few inches off and color the hair that i cut off -- then I can see how the henna affects my hair. I tried the lemon juice when I was very young--- jr. high school young-- turned my hair a little orange-- but also used some product called "sun-in" and that really made my hair orange--- it looked funny-- but it probably was the sun in that did the orange more than the lemon juice, not too sure. ??

Thanks for the IUD info-- that was actually my first choice but it just scared me too much to try it--- also checked out merana (sp?) but it releases harmones via the IUD, so I changed my mind... but thanks again for the info!!

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me how to go back to my natural hair color- besides letting it grow out- haha! I have my stylist put high/low lights in my light brown/ dirty blonde hair-- to make it blonder with some depth... I dont want to put these chemicals on my hair/scalp anymore. Hi all,
I know this is kind of a strange question but I am wondering if there is a natural birth control-- other than abstinence (sp?) of course, hehe! I want to be protected but don't want to go the harmone route, as I have done that in the past and it made me crazy, irritable, etc. I want one with no chemicals etc. --

"gut feelings" (haha!!! pun intended) ---are there for a reason!!!
also I think just because a chart measures a food's ph doesn't necessarily mean that it measures that food's ph in our body-- just my thoughts!

My mother has fibro. I am trying to educate her on living "raw" --------in hopes that she may assist her body, in healing itself, in order to overcome fibromyalgia... has anyone had success at beating fibro by changing their diet to raw?
