My thinking is whoever that even though its not raw, think about the amount of it that you actually ingest. if its not alot and it makes your raw mean taste great, is there really that much harm done? As for

like any bad habbit, it is always hard to give it up. Dont be so hard on yourself, just keep trying and dont give up.Everytime you slip it means you where on track, if you where eating badly you couldnt slip now could you. so just look at it from the point of view of how many good things you ate that day instead of the bad things. you doing great, keep it up

well im really proud of myself! I was envited to a braii(barbeque) today and despite the delicious smell of all that wonderful meat cooking i managed to stay raw. Before i left i packed myself my own 'burgers' made of mushroom caps instead of bread, guacamole tomatoe slices and baby spinach. I also took some soaked nuts, bananas and grapes and presto! anyways, so thats what i had for lunch.

As a result i make easy things that are high in taste value using alot of garlic and ginger, lemon, spices ect If there are

Hi Another option to getting protein, if you dont want to eat cooked food is to eat fish or meat. Pickled they are techinally raw becasue you didnt apply heat but it does change the texture and taste considerably. To me its even nicer pickled than cooked. I know its not for everyone but its just a thought. Pickling is easy and depending on how 'cooked' you want it it can be ready in as little a

once again supper ended up nothing like the plan but it was ok. I sliced 2 tomatoes, lay them on a plate and put salt pepper and basil leaves on it. Added some shredded baby spinach, lemon juice and a sprinkling of sesame seeds and pine nuts. WIth that i had 4 brown mushroom caps smeared with sun-dried tomato pesto. all in all it was pretty good. Of course i had snacks later, not too healthy ones

Hi Congratulations on your decision to going raw! i myself have also only just started, im 13 days in and doing well. I just wanted to drop you a note because i'm worried about your expectations of your weight loss being the same as the first few weeks of a change in diet. It is normal for the body to shed weight like crazy the first 2 weeks whenever there is a drastic change in your diet.
