I am still still feeling good. Yesterday I had to sit down and meditate for half an hour before I could go out to school. I had just eaten a lot of fruit and had more energy than I could use and was ``jumpy''. It got better. Oh, and the skin of my face was a scary grey. It went away after a few hours. Daily menu: morning: 15 clementines. Maybe some apples? I don't recall. midday: 2 b

coco: Ha! The easiest experiment I'd see would be a bit dangerous---namely putting water in a glass container and putting it in freezing temperatures. He would probably understand better what you mean by ``expansion''! --Vincent who can't wait for his daughter to be old enough for all kinds of experiments. hee hee hee.

pampam: It might, but it doesn't have too. And I certainly don't see the point in counting the attempts! Recognize the errors, see if you still want to get to the same place, and move on. update: Stomach is expanding. I can now eat around 20 clementines without any problem. Still no detox symptoms. I hope detox doesn't wait for the exams to manifest :-/ --Vincent

gorillawar: Hah, I used to eat broccoli greens all the time when I was working on a farm. Every broccoli I would pick, I would grab a leave and chew on it. Ahhh.. We really need to get food growing in our appartment, store bought greens are so... not really good. Mrphm. But yeah broccoli flowers are also good to eat! And when the flowers blossom they are really beautiful. --Vincent

100% raw is definitely easier than any smaller percentage. Any cooked food---even beer---goes a long way in magnifying cravings. --Vincent

regarding emoto: it would be nice if people looked at the experiments before ``citing'' results. (shaine: you DID say ``apparently'') It's nice to want something to be true, but I think you'd better stick with what you can experience directly. Some things can also be true on many levels, and trying to push them using ``physical'' experiments can only make things worse. Any biologist can find

Hi, my name is Vincent, I'm 23 years old, a student of mathematics living in Quebec, and this is my second attempt at going raw. The first time was a few years ago, and eating mostly greens and deliberately ``not counting calories'' I realize was my biggest mistake. The cravings for bread and the likes definitely came from insufficient food. This time I've gone straight to eating mostly fr

Can you even eat raw peanuts? I wouldn't bother ---but then again I cannot stand nut butters, so of course I would not :-) I suppose you could make almond butter with an appropriate blender. I certainly wouldn't trust the machine in the store to contain raw nuts. But do you really need such dense sources of fats? --Vincent
