I drink spring water. I've read too much distilled water is a bad thing because it eventually starts pulling important minerals from the body. Distilled water does a good detox in a short-term capacity.

Thank you for the replies. I did eat the last bit of it using the method I described, but don't plan on doing it again. I didn't notice any digestion problems.

I still have some raw buckwheat noodles left in my fridge. Has anyone ever run uncooked noodles under hot water and consumed them? If the water temp was at an acceptable level, it would still be considered a raw dish, no?

On friday, I ate 6 pounds of fruit. 4 lbs of bananas early in the day. In the evening, 2 pounds of organic apples plus water. Today I ate one of those Raw Revolution bars and 4 mangoes plus water. I doubt that was enough calories for the

Hey all, I just joined the forum and made an introduction so this is my first query. I'd like to see a few examples of what a typical raw diet is. Such as, what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I've seen a few examples searching through older threads. Thanks in advance. I am grateful that this community exists! Mike

Hello everyone. My name is Mike. I'm 31 years old, from Connecticut. I've spent that last few nights researching raw diets and find it fascinating. I'm the type to jump right in and learn as I go. Yeasterday I ate 99% raw and plan on doing 100% today. I hope to learn much more from this forum. Thanks for having me.
