when i have my green smoothie, some days it fills me up till lunch and other days it doesn't and I am very hungry later on? Is there a reason for this? i use the same amount of green and fruit for the smoothies xx

Hi, I’ve been having 1 quart of green smoothie per day for 7 weeks and inside these I usually have 2 bananas, 1 apple, 1 pear and sometimes another piece of fruit and 2 bunches of greens. The thing is after one hour of having these, I feel hungry again and crave cooked food like cakes,chips, anything fried, burgers …! I have tried adding more greens, more fruit but it is the same. Can anyone

oh please help me peeps! I really dont like eating raw vegetable and salad! even if i have the best salad dressing on them i still dont like them. when will ! start to like them? I already have green smoothies, theyr okay, just trying to eat more raw salads. please reply

hi thanks for the replies, In the morning I have a green smoothie- 1 cup kale, 2 bananas, 2 kiwis and lunch, fruit salad made with 3 types of fruit, dinner a raw salad made with carrots, brocolli, spinach, lemon, arugla and tomatoes. and I rotate the fruits every day. I am looking to improve my cravings and thought they would be a bit less by now, also i always feel tired and drained of energy
