I have currently been raw vegetarian I love animals but I buy my cheese from local farms.. Why is raw cheese bad for you and why should I go vegan? I also would like some information on how to get my b12 efficiently. When I became raw I was so empathic I could hear peoples thoughts and feel there emotions very deeply, so I started reading into medium books and that's helped me a lot. Know I know how to channel my energy, ground myself and Iv even given readings in a class and I was 100% correct I surprised myself.

I don't take b12 but I also am not sure I'm completely doing it right.. Well every morning I have barley and sunflower seeds that have the whole b complex as well as berry's I also eat that with corn or cashews because the tryptophan in the corn and cashews is essential for B vitamin digestion. I also take the raw vitamin by garden of life that had vitamin B12 in it as well.
