I have a new client struggling with constant yeast infections and candida. I'm heloing her turn her lifestyle around and I'm providing her with phase 1 of the Rainbow Green Diet so that she can get rid of her candida. She tells me she eat from the vending machine ALL THE TIME. ANyway I ran across CANDEX on the forum here and was wondering had anyone taken or is currently taking these enzymes. Als

Hey RawLion! I have been researching CANDEX and the side effects include nausea, a “burning sensation” in the stomach, or abdominal cramping.First I want to ask are you Raw Vegan (they recommend eating mat to help) and if you are raw vegan have you experienced any of these symptoms?
Thanks :-)

@ rawsomebodybuilder WOW!! 22 years. I've on ly been doing it for the past couple of years, but for fitness modeling. Most people find it hard to belive I'm a high percent raw vegan (foodie) and I love their reactions STELLAR! I agree the body is a beautful work of art but the art on the inside matters just as much as the outside!

I LOVE that drinking my greens moothies have helped me gain weight in my weight training. People find it hard to believe that I am a high percent raw vegan at all. By high I mean 80% or more. I love adding the dandelion and nettles as well like Nic, but Spinach and beet tops are my fave!!
