1. My plan
My meal plan for tomorrow:
10am: 2 bell peppers with walnuts + lemon juice + cucumbers + cherry tomatoes
snack whenever: nuts
1:00pm: greens plus pineapple salsa (pineapple plus red onion, bell pepper, mint, chili powder, lemon juice) plus a banana
snack: grapes
5pm: banana
6pm: 4 fruits
7pm: basic green smoothie (greens + banana + frozen blueberries + anything raw extra I find and fancy
