I would try to make a plan for each week, with same amounts of raw (and in my case alkaline) foods bought for each week. In this way you monitor your daily intake. I think without a little self-control and pushing it's sometimes difficult to stick to the diet. Equally important to eating raw food is the proper balance of acid and alkaline forming foods. Our internal pH level is slightly alkaline, which is why our diet should also reflect this. Consume at least 75% of alkaline food, and not more that 25% of acidic food! Regards, Mel

Sprouted seeds are always a very good choice, they are a pH balancing and high-fiber way of nourishing your body.
