sometimes i get up in the middle of the night and binge on oranges - it's like i'm low on sugar. my naturopath tells me to eat more proteins rather than sugar to stabalise the blood sugar levels.

I came to raw because of my chronic ezcema. Since eating more raw foods I've lost weight. It feels good to eat raw food. May my ezcema go away eventually

At the Farmer's Markets this morning there were 2 stalls selling apples. i understand that herbs are medicinal, so eating a lot of a herb could have harmful effects on the body. eg you can certainly 'overdose' on a herb tea (i know teas aren't raw)

if you aren't losing, ease up on the nuts, seeds, oils and avocado. Even including these you shuoldlose. My weight just fell away and I was having yoghurt and cheese as well!
