The question should be asked to traditional healers, witchdoctors. While you were away the forum found out that: Hospitals are bad. Doctors are bad. Modern medicine is bad.

The list of centenarians, this list could not exist 100 years ago. Yet people were living in nature, villages, organic food In the 1700s and 1800s, villagers did not even have a solution to snake bites. Many pregnant women died in the delivery room. The major causes of death in those times do not exist in modern times Tuberculosis Dysentery/diarrhea Cholera Malaria Typhoid Fe

Some statements are made and they are attention grabbing yet they do not hold up to scientific analysis. Life expectancy in the world has been rising in every country, it was about 30 years in the 1800s, it has more than double I was born in a village, and at that time there were so many children deaths, there is almost none now. Vaccinations, better hygiene, health care have changed the

You are really confused. As a veteran of the forum, you do not know what food you can eat when you travel. And at home, the diet is blended lettuce. My diet is microgreens and fruits. I grow the microgreens. For fruits, I buy the fruits that are in season. Now it's apples, tomatoes, and pomegranates. When I travel, I buy fruits in the local store. If I can drive, I take so

Dr. Lorraine Day IS NOT A GOOD PHYSICIAN. And she herself said it, she learned nothing. If you reject everything being taught, you do not learn. She quit her job for fear of contracting a virus she said does not exist. Let's talk about something else.

Dr. Lorraine Day is not a credible source of knowledge. QuoteShe published a book, AIDS: What the Government Isn't Telling You, wherein she states that in 1989 she retired from surgery because of the allegedly excessive risk of acquiring AIDS. The doctor running away from the duties. That is too low.

We learn to diagnose the case by evaluating the symptoms, then we pick a drug to treat those symptoms. We never address the underlying cause of the problem." -Dr. Lorraine Day Dr. Lorraine D

Some book titles are sensational and raise real concerns that need to be addressed but in the large picture, they are missing important realities. The people who post these results without deeper research cannot be taken seriously. Strangely when they are sick they go to the hospital. The idea that hospitals, doctors, and nurses are intentionally killing people is totally false. When dea

Do not feel offended. I got it now. Because your diet is mainly blended lettuce, you need powder and pasteurized juices.

If lettuce is your main food, blended. I rest my case. You need powder. I am not criticizing Shelton. I am questioning those like JR who found excuses for his diet and poor health and yet criticize the rest of the world for their diet and condemn doctors and hospitals. And yet their two gurus Fry and Shelton could not practice their own teachings.

>when I was home with a blender i ate a head or two of lettuce blended with my nanners. Worked for me. Lettuces are ok but they are low quality food compared to the food you grow indoor Lettuces have been shelved in stores for weeks. I see now why you need powder, your food is low quality. We are talking about living food, food that was growing minutes before you harvest it. Mic

The question on pasteurized juices and plant powders was actually very stupid. Plant powders have no water, animals in the wild would not eat it. The motto is "Nutrients are irrelevant" Clean your digestive system Eat food that will keep it clean Then you can live on simple food like tomatoes, grapes. You learned nothing from the forum.

QuoteJohn Rose <<<So many inconsistencies>>> There is NOTHING inconsistent... 1. Ripple Effect 2. Cause & Effect Can you say obtuse? TC Fry and Herbert Shelton can be excused for poor health but the rest of us are to blame for not following the proper diet. That is totally inconsistent.

There is no confusion about my diet I have shared my indoor microgreens images many times. I have 3 main components in my diet 1. Microgreens 2. Microgreens 3, Microgreens They are in my kitchen, on the lower floor In the backyard in my room I have a home gym. When I travel, if I am driving, I will take my juicer with me and put some of the microgreens on the back of the car.

Alfafa sprouts, mung bean sprouts do not have to be juiced They grow within a day or two They can be added to raw tomatoes, lettuce from LOCAL FOOD STORE Even more than that, many of the cities have health food stores You can buy already grown sprouts at the local store. fresh was the one if I remember who posted the thread "Nutrients are irrelevant" They are irrelevan

The greens can travel with you, you can grow sprouts in hotel rooms I have done that many times. Take the seeds with you. All they need is water. That will unlock the nutrients. Another point is that if you were eating microgreens grown indoor when you travel you can

Quotefresh Since I'm on the road and I'm not juicing or blending can I get some input on Raw vegetable powders from anyone ? I dont want to eat veggies Currently drinking a bit of veg juice pasteurized. Not ideal. Pasteurized? Pasteurized is worse than cooked food. It is cooked food kept in a bottle for weeks, months, years. When rowfoodists are talking you should leave the room.

So many inconsistencies 1. TC Fry and Herbert Shelton can be excused because their bodies were already damaged when they were growing up. Being very sick, bedridden, and unable to walk is not their fault. 2. The rest are to blame because they are not following the proper diet and in addition, they should not go to the doctor when sick. They are already dying and the hospitals will kill them
