Thank you both for your comments. 'chat' what an extensive reply, thanks About the utilization of the food elements (protein, minerals etc.) I saw an image today for example, that it was stated: 120 gr. beaf and 120 gr. beans have the same amount of protein (24 gr.) So.. my question goes for things like that. The 24 gr. of protein will be utilized in the same way (each gramm?) from both foods

I am also new to smoothies and I also store in the fridge for a couple of days if the quantity is too much. But..uhmm.. now that I am thinking of it.. it's the same thing like we store our veggies, greens and fruits in the fridge until we consume them, right?..

1. Avocado (6 days a week) 2. Carrots (often eating them just like that: peeled) 3. Spinach (love it both in smoothies and leaves) 4. Kale 5. Bananas (almost addict) 6. Apples 7. Blackberries (almost addict) 8. Almonds 9. Dates 10.superfoods (hemp and chia seeds, chlorella, maca root and lukuma powder etc.)

I am reading that this raw food and that and the other one, has this and that percentage in calcium/protein etc. but I have a question to ask.
