Yes, that sounds good. I think we should look at dense foods as treats and not something we need on regular basis. We need the water-rich fruits and veggies. I watched a great video from Loren Lockman today about hydration, body temperature on raw vegan foods, and clean eating, he focuses on water-rich food, no dehydrated food. Here is the video: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Well, there's a fridge and freezer in the house where I live (I live with my husband in his parents' apartment), but I don't want to use them, there is little room in there for my food, so I got used to not relying on a fridge/freezer. I also don't want to put my food next to non-vegan food... My menu for yesterday, July 13, 2015: - 2 peaches (breakfast 1) - 6 tiny summer apples (free frui

In my opinion, it was because of the animal products you ate, especially since you were mixing them up, like eating raw fruits/veggies before/after eating the animal products. I'd suggest going back to a vegan diet, high raw or even totally raw if possible for you, and stay away from animal products (cooked or raw, both forms are terrible for your health). Give it time and you'll feel bet

I think you should try and stick to the raw vegan lifestyle, especially since it doesn't make you feel good to eat those bad foods. Whenever you crave bad foods, you should look back and think about how those foods made you feel so heavy and bloated and awful, while the fresh fruits and veggies make you feel light and great. Read back in this food diary you have been posting here and remember all

I've been eating my favourite which is zoodles with zucchini tomato dill sauce, but I've been craving Pad Thai, and cauliflower, and carrots, and cabbage salad (just cabbage and fresh lemon juice). Oh, please, don't get me started on that I no longer make nicecream, but when I did, I loved banana carob nicecream, with chopped walnuts and chopped dates, it was my all time favourite. Or banana plus other fruits (like raspberries, cherries, blueberries, strawberries) topped with fresh fruits (again raspberries, cherries, blueberries, strawberries). I also made banana nicecream with c

I don't use fruits/veggies on my face. I only use raw organic unrefined coconut oil on my face, hands, body, and raw organic unrefined shea butter as a lip balm. When I was home with my parents I used to put fresh cucumber peels on my forehead for refreshment and to help with headaches (my grandmom taught me that). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

For the past 2 weeks I haven't been drinking my daily 2 l of water, but a lot less, like 1 l maximum. The result was awful: I was bloated, constipated, my digestion was slower and more difficult, also when going to the bathroom for no.2 it was a slower, more difficult process. I was more hungry even if I ate the usual quantities (like some apples for breakfast, 2 kg or more of cherries for lunch

Sorry, I first posted here by mistake my daily food menu, so I erased it. But since I'm here on this topic, I can say that I haven't been eating kiwifruits ever since that bad experience, and I don't feel the need for them, I don't even crave them. Actually I'm kind of afraid to try them again, for fear that I would get burning tongue again. So I'll just leave it at that... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Last week I contacted a master raw vegan chef here in my town, she has a raw vegan food shop and a raw vegan food delivery service, plus she organizes living food workshops, raw vegan food demonstrations, etc. I told her about my current situation, about my passion for the raw vegan foods and that I myself live a raw vegan lifestyle. She wasn't hiring, but I wanted to contact her via e-mail an

I just took the fitness test. It says I have the fitness level of a 36 years young person. And I am 36. So I'm ok However, it says that I'm expected to have a fitness level of 40 VO2 MAX. And I have the fitness level of only 39 VO2 MAX. Their advice is the following: "GET GOING NOW! Your fitness level is between 85 and 100% of what is expected for your gender and age group. This

I saw this video yesterday. I like both of them, there is a perfect chemistry between them. Regarding her health secrets, I would never fast. I'd rather lose weight by eating water-rich fruits and veggies than missing out on my delicious food. But physically I couldn't fast, I'd be too weak. I once fasted for 5 days and I felt so great, but I couldn't do it again (back then I was on raw till 4

In my opinion, riding horses is definitely not vegan, just like riding camels in the desert or riding any other animals, especially when done for fun. Just like killing wild animals for the prize, like a hunting competition. Just like circus. Just like zoos. It's a form of animal exploitation just like any other. I'm totally against it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
