QuotePrana I feel sorry for all those people who bought Matt's products who may get sick like Matt did because of these products. Matt didn't get sick because of probiotic or B12 supplements. It's clear that he's been through a lot of life trauma and is just trying to work through it and heal. Many of the products sold at The Raw Food World had really good reviews, and he did sell high-quality.

QuoteTai He talks about his new diet here. A lot of men don't eat that well when a woman is not preparing food for them. Was he singing the blues when talking about eating chocolate bars and goat milk as a staple? From the gluten in the wheat to the chocolate bars, there is no point in trashing his diet. He sounded like he was just getting by because he had to close his warehouse down.

QuoteMislu Thank you for posting. I need to see more of this. Too many distractions for what seems obvious.... yet so much criticism against raw. There was some “debunking raw” program from bbc. I don’t buy it. They didn’t even do “ study” on a live person. Just on a mechanical digestion machine. Compared Cooke potatoes verses raw. Yet came to conclusion humans poorly digest raw foods

QuoteTai His face looks bad because of the prednisone he was taking. I looked at the video you posted JTP. Then I saw he has made several videos after that just being goofy and trying to be funny. Probably he is trying to use humor to deal with the devastation. I don't want to say anything negative because of that. Everyone makes mistakes. He has experimented with a lot of foreign thing

I'm not going to speculate, but there seems to be much more to the story going on here outside of raw foods. That being said, I don't think he followed a healthy or balanced diet.

So I've been completely out of the loop in regards to many raw food public enthusiasts such as Matt Monarch (therawfoodworld.com) lately, but I recently stumbled across this video and I'm honestly a little heartbroken. In the following video, Matt looks so much different than when I last saw a pic/video of him. He mentions he developed Ulcerative Colitis and started taking meds.. Got down to 96 p

QuoteRawPracticalist Quotejtprindl If one were to have one healthy habit, daily pomegranate juice would certainly be one of the most powerful. These are fruits that imported from far away regions of the world, they are not as good for our health as indoor growing micro greens or tomatoes growing in the backyard. Nutrients are irrelevant, what count is how fresh and living the food is. I b

QuoteTai JTP It's not the greatest juicer but I have a Hurom. Can't remember exactly which version but I got it about seven years ago. Tai I tried a Hurom about 7 years ago or so. it was pretty good for fruit but not the greatest for greens. I never tried nopal cactus fruits in the hurom, so I don't know about that. I specifically bought this tribest Shine juicer to juice cactus fruits, b

Quotelostsoul65 I want help with what to eat and what not to eat because I'm new Well... Juice and take algae. Those two practices alone will flood your body with an array of nutrition and phytonutrients. Heavenly Hemp-Garlic Dressing -1 cup of raw hemp seeds (the more the creamier) -1/2 cup FRESH lemon juice -1/2 cup Bragg's apple cider vinegar (can be diluted w/ water if too strong) -

QuoteTai JTP, what juicer are you using for pomegranate? Raw Practicalist These are fruits that imported from far away regions of the world, Tai I think this is still a good thing. It is God's mercy to be able to export coconuts to everyone, even in snowy areas. I would want coconut and citrus fruits, banana, aloe and cactus no matter where I lived, even in ALaska. Pomegranates grow he

100 Percent Fruit Juice Does Not Affect Blood Sugar Levels I've been juicing a lot lately. Watermelon, orange, cucumber, carrot... Today I just had 24 ounces of orange-pomegranate. Can't wait for tangelos to be in season to make tangelo-pomegranate. I usually take algae with them as well which further balances blood sugar.

Quotelostsoul65 I'm not sure what you reply has to do with my post. I drink 1 pint of celery juice in the morning. My post was how about continuing juicing and have carrot juice later in the day and would a pint be too much? Yes, that's fine. 32 ounces of juice is not too much.

QuoteJohn Rose Letter Published: 30 September 2019 Cooking shapes the structure and function of the gut microbiome Abstract Diet is a critical determinant of variation in gut microbial structure and function, outweighing even host genetics1,2,3. Numerous microbiome studies have compared diets with divergent ingredients1,2,3,4,5, but the everyday practice of cooking remains understudied.

"Scientists analyzed the effect of cooking on the microbiomes of mice by feeding diets of raw meat, cooked meat, fresh sweet potatoes, or cooked sweet potatoes to groups of animals — selected because prior data demonstrated that cooking alters the nutrients and other bioactive mixes in both meat and tubers. Scientists were surprised to know that raw versus cooked meat had no detecta

I agree.. Why not? Celery juice has become quite popular in recent years due to the best-selling book Medical Medium by Anthony William, who states: "Celery juice is one of the most profound ways, if not the most profound way, to restore digestive health. It is that powerful", due to undiscovered sodium cluster salts. Celery juice is reported to help restore hydrochloric acid, assist

QuoteTai Hi, for all those who are freaked out about distilled water, watch one of the worst case scenarios. This mom participated in a drinking contest to win a video game for her kids. She drank 3 gallons of distilled water in 2 hours and she resisted the urge to vomit for 20 minutes. Had she honored her body's natural release, she would have vomited. Determined to win, she held it in. Y

QuoteTai JTP Why is bad to use tap water for distillation? Tai Because the water distiller cannot remove all the chemicals out of tap water, and for that reason, the end result is that it's not truly distilled water, so it's an illusion to think that distilled tap water can heal you when you are sick. The water distiller can remove minerals and fluoride, but the charcoal filter attache

QuoteTai distilled water is only good when distilled into and kept in glass. NEvER drink it when in plastic because that would make the body toxic. Distilled water in plastic is bad for the body. spring water in glass is fine but distilled spring water in glass is better for cancer. Distilled water from the tap is a no-no and not worth drinking. So distill spring or well water but don't disti

There are many cases of renal injury after starfruit consumption.
