The frugivores still need to figure out how to have healthy teeth. I just read Chef Belive's story. I have seen him around, but never knew his story until now. Chef BeLive Q&A Meet Brian James Lucas AKA Celebrity Gourmet Raw Vegan Chef, Be*Live. He was raised in Loma Linda, CA as a vegetarian in a religious household, which as he explains, inspired him to be a compassionate perso

There's a 100% organic all raw vegan gourmet food booth at the farmer's market (I will not name names). It's gourmet but there are a lot of greens, even on the pizza, so it's healthy. I have bought from him for years. He reminds me of Lou Corona, middle aged and looking younger than his age, also dense, not too thin. His hair is all black, no grey. So today I asked him, "are you all raw

We keep hearing about ventilators but now dialysis is also an issue for some covid 19 patients, even those without prior kidney damage. I am helping a nurse on the east coast who worked with covid 19 patients before she fell ill with it. She told me how she saw people without comorbidities get sick from coronavirus and require dialysis. I asked about the test kit that was used on her beca

If you don't accept the reality of these viruses, then you can't understand why there are level 4 bioweapons labs and also you can't learn the pathways of transmission that are not being discussed in the media, like through food. I can't engage in a discussion because I am under deadlines, but I will make one quick comment. I had a raw vegan friend, older than all of these men, who would sunbathe nude for hours several times a week for years. He was almost all English ancestry, white, blue eyes, but after so many years of nude sunbathing, people sometimes asked him if he was Native American because he got so dark. O

OK Fresh and John Rose. Spill it. Why do you support Kaufman and Cowan? Do you both believe in Rudolph Steiner? And if you don't believe in this Anthroposophic medicine, can you at least see that they are trying to uphold this type of medicine by denying some basic medical facts like viruses? I finally heard this youtube video of Cowan. This is not to criticize. I heard the whole thing and it honestly reminded me of listening to a religious person, kind of like Christian Science or something like that. So I had to look him up. Great analogy Raw Practicalist. I wish there was a like button I could push. The only thing I would add is that there were cases of healthy people getting sick, like hospital workers, teachers, and family that were caring for sick family members, and this was attributed to viral load. perhaps if these people knew of home remedies, they could have treated themselves at home instead of going to

The importance of the ratio of omega-6/omega-3 essential fatty acids. Simopoulos AP1. Abstract Several sources of information suggest that human beings evolved on a diet with a ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFA) of approximately 1 whereas in Western diets the ratio is 15/1-16.7/1. Western diets are deficient in omega-3 fatty acids, and have excessive amounts of ome
