i was told by my naturapath after a bunch of blood/bodyfluid/hair etc samples . that was about 5 or so years ago .. i get them mmmm maybe once a month now .. i used to get them weekly
other then that Tyler i dont know .. im guessing search on google would bring up all sorts of defeciency signs, signals , symptoms etc .. but like you said how do you know if thats it or not? you dont lol

no compost generally doesnt smell bad (smells like sweet dirt) unless stuff like oils or fats or meat gets in it .. if you use egg shells in it just rinse them before you toss them in and the smaller their crushed the faster they break down
if you decide to try it with the worms (speeds the process up ) you wont have problems with smells or flies etc and the worms stay content in the bin munch

i cant see it cooking the enzymes while inside you .. its hotter then our internal temperature but quickly cools in the gut to our internal temperature...otherwise we'd have burning hot guts no?

i find it easier not to talk about what im eating/consuming with other folks
a. they dont understand
b. if they do understand they make attempts at finding fault in it (negative)
next time they ask you why your eating a apple ask them why their gnawing on some dead peice of carcass

he does use a monitoring system with a scanning instrument ... results are printed 1 copy to me and him but honestly ihave no idea what the machine model is ..

i dont worry about stuffing myself on raw fruits and veggies .. it certainly hasnt harmed me
im not into the tahini, soy, etc stuff though .. never have been though ..im not one for sauces and stuff even when eating cooked or SAD
