hey Yogamama ...sadly just because you havent had a cold sore before doesnt mean that you dont or wont ...something like 60-70% of the population carries the virus around without showing symptoms ever or rarely. all it takes is skin to skin contact and you got it.

Hey TroySantos if time permits ...you should take a quick trip up to Nepal ..i spent 11.5 months there ..i had the most amazing time of my life and the people were so nice .. i just loved it thre .... given the chance i think at some point i will try to live there at least a few months of the year

this seemed like an interesting thing ... makes me reconsider reaching for organic on certain foods like if peaches are that heavily sprayed i think i will tend to reach for its organic counterpart and go for the non organic avacado ...
i try to buy organic as much as possible but cant afford 100% organic a

i find its easier to say nothing at all .. the more attention i bring to what i do the more i seem to invite negative energy .. so i just eat what i want and if anyone has anything to say about it i just say im "allergic to *insert food here* lol i know a little dishonest but it just seems to be a waste of energy fighting

cucumbers and squashes can take up alot of space but are easy long as your soil is fertile and you water and weed (i cut down on the weeding by using landscaping cloth )

hmm well im about 1 hour east of vancouver in the fraser valley so not sure how far north you are ...but it gets pretty cold and wet here for about 7-months of the year well for instance all winter there is rosehips EVERYWHERE that are an excellent source of vitamin c and can only be harvested throughout the winter after the flowers are long gone ...weather or not for instance you could survive o

i grow alot of leafy veggies inside during the winter and strawberries.. considering trying to grow a few grapevines inside
i grow my stuff in dirt inside though ...i realy dont think hydroponics are terribly healthy as most of the nutrients are processed
i rotate my indoor outdoor dirt alot lol

a 5 gallon bucket (or rubbermaid container if wanting bigger)... drill hole about 3/4" from bottom.. insert a plastic shut off valve.. (gate valve i think its called) ... rubber washers on both sides so water doesnt leak out.. if it leaks just use some plumbing glue of some sort to seal it ... then a pipe to valve .. poke holes in the pipe ..insert spagetti lines in the holes .. then the ot

im in b.c. fraser valley the climate is identical nearly to Taylors.. i love it up here for the variety in wild food.. could do with alot less rain though lol but i do try to grow things indoors for fun and food ...my squash plant in my living room nearly took over the joint
