I would try blended foods and see how that works for you. Even though the food is blended, swishing it around in your mouth for some time and getting as much saliva as possible is very helpful for good digestion. I do this even with juices. Nataraj

Hi, When I feel a craving for protein, I eat alot of seaweed's. Hijiki and arame, as well as laver (wild nori) and dulse are all good ones. Among nuts, pine nuts are among the highest in protein. Avocados while not among the highest in quantity, contain a very good and easily digestable quality of protein. Other good sources are Romain lettuce. If you use supplements, things like spir

On the path that I walk, I view self-confidence or lack of self confidence both as aspects of the ego (seemingly opposite but really the same aspect). Both arise as a result of a story, an image or drama in the mind. We are acting based on fear, judging ourselves and comparing ourselves with others. Hi, If you are combining fruits and vegetables, I would experiment with the food combining guidelines. I have found several things that have been helpful for me. - if you use fruits, try adding some less fiberous (more soluable fiber) fruits like bannanas papayas, mangos, ki

Hi, I have experienced E3live to be extremely effective. It definitely has some nutrients such as EPA and DHA that you won't likely find in wheat grass. When I first took it, I noticed a big difference, but now that my body is less deficient, I don't notice as much different if I take it or not. Wheat grass has nutrients, some of which are different than what is in E3live. We need to get

Hi Rob, It sounds like you have weak digestion and need to adjust your diet so that you are not eating foods that you can't digest, i.e. foods which cause gas, bloating heartburn. Dried fruit is probably not the best thing for you. Whatever you eat, it needs to be chewed well. There are alot of people with weak digestion that don't do so good on just tons of greens. This sounds like an op

Here's a link to an article by herbalist Richard Schulze where he tells about a visit he made to a large vitamin manufacturing facility to discover how vitamins were made. The article also gives a great description of nutritional properties of each of the ingredients in his green powder. Nataraj

Hi, I corrected a severe B vitamin deficiency using Perque sublingual B-12 lozenges (goes right into the blood from being sucked on under the tongue), along with the Quantum Max Stress B Nanoplex which is a live fermentation. For a few weeks I took the B-12 2 times per day and the for the B Nanoplex, took 1 tablespoon 3 times per day. My energy level picked up very quickly when I took these

Hi Prism, White Oak Bark is a very powerful astringent that is used to tighten up the gums. It is also a good antibacterial, particularly for gum infections. I have seen these types of things heal in people by packing powdered white oak bark around the gums and between the teeth. Sometimes rolled up cotton is used to keep the powder against the teeth. The challenge with your dog is, of c
