Lie others already said.. if it's chocolate.. it's magnesium you need. Try cacao nibs or whatever they are called. I forgot what causes salt cravings.. i just pour it on something like sunflower seeds or celery. lol

Anyone else find it funny that people are freaking out about radiation but not the crap they normally put in their bodies or are exposed to? People freaking out and rushing to eat seaweed probably smoke and drink.

> I'd keep buying new brushes from Tribest.... > designed to clean the GreenStar. > How expensive could they be, anyway?.....WY Nah, they don't last long at all. The bristles are kind of weak. The screen is what ruins the brush because you have to scrub so hard. The GreenStar brush is good for the big parts since it fits perfectly in the casing/twin gear piece. If you have one

I bought this once.. Only stopped using it because I had a puppy and he chewed it. Never got around to ordering a new one or a replacement green star brush..so I just used a tooth brush and some scrub brush thing I found at an appliance store.

Seems like something you'd have to figure out yourself since everyone eats/buys different things.. I would think. My true costs for things aren't going to be the same as someone else's.

Maybe you should try some kind of detox/cleanse if your cravings are that bad. Colon cleanse or a 3 day fast or something.

Then eat fruit and juice your vegetables. You can juice a half a pound of spinach or kale with 2lbs of carrot juice and not taste the greens.

I just put in a bowl with white vinegar/water, then swish it around for a few seconds and rinse off in a strainer.

but if you > don't like fruits and vegetables, I can't see how > you could have a raw diet. That was me..and still is. Look into juice fasting and cleansing. It really changes your taste buds. I couldn't stomach broccoli before unless it was cooked and covered in butter and now I love it raw in salads. Juicing or blending will get the veggies in as well and you can hide the bitter

I don't bother with his videos either. I just skim over the responses to his threads. lol I still don't understand why they don't just give DR his own little private section on here so all his followers can stay in one section instead of clogging up the board. The forum was just better before DR took over.

Thanks Powerlifter. So I guess they wouldn't be any better than a complete synthetic one? I've seen synthetics cheaper with more in them and less ingredients.

cankersores? It happens to me with too much citrus and apples... or the wrong kind of toothpaste. Diet is irrelevant in my case. It's just certain foods.

I also just rinse right away. I add peanut butter every now and then and that doesn't rinse completely out..I just put dishsoap in and hot water and let it soak and leave it until I feel like dealing with it. By the time I go back to it, it rinses clean except for the occasional smudge on the side which I just use a papertowel for..then rerinse.

What is your opinion on them? They claim to be raw. If that is even possible but the ingredients seem pretty basic. No yeast, colors, weird things added like other brands. Not interested in a "no need for supplements" debate.

No. They're not even labeled as "raw", they're labeled as fruit and nut bars and contian things like blueberry concentrate and raisins. And "Whole Food".. "whole food" isn't a key word for raw either..otherwise Whole Foods would sell nothing but raw foods and not things in boxes and cans. I'll eat them once in a while but I'm also high raw not 100%.

That brings me to another question - Why are raw foodists swearing by it and feeling great on it? Raw foodists tend to be the most sensitive to anything and everything once they clean their system up. People whose bo

Depends who you ask I guess and who you want to believe. Seems a lot of people have report they felt great on it and all kinds of good things.. so why would they believe there's something toxic in it?

A baby DIED here. That angers me. I don't care what the parents ate. How are the parents not at fault? As parents, they should have known there was something wrong with their kid. Maybe they have the same thought process as many people on the forums who call every symptom "detox" when it can be something more serious. Regardless of what was wrong with the kid- They did not see it.

I drink probably about 50oz. I keep it simple. About a pound of banannas..and a half a bag of frozen berries and a handful of fresh berries. Adding or hiding greens in fruit smoothies doesn't work for everyone.. Some people need to follow food combining rules or you end up bloated with gas.

19 cents each at Trader Joe's. lol 69-89 cents per pound elsewhere. I sometimes pay the extra few cents for organic only because nobody wants them and they go ripe faster. I haven't found any stores here that have "overripe" ones in the "back" that they could sell.
