Lol yeah this is all ridiculous. I walked into a local co-op without a mask and they stopped me. As I've successfully done numerous times, I just told them I have a medical condition and wearing a mask makes it worse. They ask what my condition is and I tell them I don't need to legally tell them. This past time, the owner wasn't having it so I figured I'd make him at least think. So I repeated:

Alright, I'm about to finish day 9.
I'm still waking up with a white coating on my tongue so I've been tongue scraping but my energy the last two days has been up significantly. My lower back (kidneys) are the sorest they've been on the fast. Other than that, I'm feeling pretty good. Tomorrow I reach double digits and I have no idea how long I'll keep it going.
