FUnny I am eating it now as I read this.
I dont like plain kraut, never have, I sometimes crave, but this kind is so good I guess I now like kraut. I eat with avocado mashed up. It does taste smokey. Its just spice though.

I do like mushrooms, I eat them in salads sometimes, or I like the stuffed mushroom recipe in the dehydrator.
