Yes I will vote NO! on B-12 injections also, because common sense tells me too. Also it's morally wrong. I would never support the Pharmaceutical companies, it is so blatantly obvious that they are crooks. And these same group of people are the ones that are trying to take away our rights to use vitamin suppliments. And why would you go that way when you can buy subligual for a minute fractio

I always thought you would use a juicer to make nut butter. Of coarse I have seen people/rawfoodists do it with food processers but typically when you see penut butter in the health food store they are using a grinder. My juicer has an attachment to do so. So tell me why would you use a blender?

Don't you have issues with your B12 levels? I would take some b12 and then check your iron again after a few weeks or so.

I assume you are asking me? It looks like a good product but you might need a sublingual form if you have issues. Methylcobalamin is probably the best, or even better

Also I think you said something about B-12, personally I would never take a shot from a doctor. There are many sublingual types on the market and one of the best I believe is Pure Encapsulations, or the Hippocrates formula wich is the only natural living sublingual in the US. The Hippocrates formula is only 8mcg though and might not be enough. I get my B-12 from OrganicPharmacy.com, it's way c

The seeds are less processed and therefore better. They do not have a lot of fat so just go for it.

No Brian Clement lovers? The man has built a whole city on the premesis of healing major illness's. He makes his living on helping people get better and mostly educating them on how to do it them selves. He is constantly researching and studying people's blood to see how the therapy is working. Who else does this? They have 70 too 100 people there all the time and have a high rate of return

Enzyme inhibitors, they prevent the breakdown of protien and other neutrients. They are also toxic to the blood stream but do not, for the most part, absorb through the intestinal wall. And I find that they create an acid condition.

Brian Clement said that they studied Rejuvilac, natural saurkraut, and raw fermented milk products. The only thing they NEVER found harmful pathogens in was Sauerkraut. Amazing huh.

It's a gamble imo and if you are not in great health don't play that game. I am not sure how brome knows, and should say more about why HHI was not fermenting properly, or how he knows this. Brian Clement has a PHD in Biochemistry so I think he can figure out how to ferment some Wheatberries. Also these seeds have been through a long trip to get to us and we don't know what or who they have co

Thanks for all the feedback and to debbie for the website. Seems like a big shame. A friend did a clay cleanse recently and I was not a believer from the start. I also read that ingesting calcium carbonate is not good for you in itself, and clay is loaded with it. Is'nt that what eating raw vegetables is for lol cleansing.

Marsh, I think I should point out that you already said when you went back to the fruit smoothies you felt terrible? So maybe all that yeast is fermenting your smoothies into alcohol and your a little to drunk to remember this? lol, just joking. My mother acts like she is drunk after comsuming fruit, and i am sure she is. Also i hope you are not eating conventional fruit.

marsh, drink two onces twice a day, extensive studies have shown this to be the best. You can drink more if you like and AGAIN it does not feed fungus it kills it in a sense. Your smoothies feed it for sure. You can heal from fungus while using fruit depending on how weak your system is. Complete digestine will be the key, use the digestive drink i told you about.

Yes, leave the bees alone, eat fruit! Just cause they sell honey in the health stores does'nt mean we should but it or buy into it. Common sense tells me bees produce it for a reason and it sure isnt for us to steal from them.
