181. Raw Tea?
So I am now hooked on this site and glad that I decided to register. The wealth of information and experience is priceless.
Here is the question: I have always been more of a hot tea drinker. Aside from growing my own herbs (which isn't going to happen anytime soon) can anyone recommend some "raw-friendly" teas or similar alternatives?

Thanks all for the input. I have a juicer, food processor, blender, and 2 dehydrators. That is where all my time is going - prepping food items, processing, juicing, and washing dishes. I have a few cookbooks - simple and gourmet raw dishes. The fun isn't really there as I am overwhelmed by the fact that I don't even have much time for stuff I enjoy once I get home from work, take care of hou

I have a similar kind of dehydrator - actually 2 of them. For a similar drying situation, I used simple parchment paper you can purchase at the grocery store. I made a template from cardboard and used this to cut out pieces of parchment paper which I laid in the dehydrator. It worked fine.
