I feel unease about passing my food through x-ray machines, but I also feel at times it's a necessary evil. I have not felt any emotional or physical ill effects from it; the effects are more mental.

Is the original poster still here? What a waste of time..... anyway, I'd say 15-20% of calories from fat is good. Log it into fitday or cronometer. And don't forget all foods have fat, not jut nuts and seeds. I wouldn't worry about too much protein.

are you still doing the extreme calorie restriction? I don't see how one brownie would "wreck" you?

I'm going to watch this later, I had eaten at Bonobos a few times, I don't think it's been open for at least 4 years? They closed suddenly. It was definitely higher in fat foods but super tasty.

I'm not going to sit here and support your calorie restrictive starvation diet. Maximize your nutrition at least.

I am on a high (sweet) fruit diet and neither skinny nor fat. I am muscular and fit. I would never desire to be skinny, it's not an aesthetically pleasing look (for me). Unless they were uneducated about body types and using colloquialism for "skinny," I don't think anyone would describe me as such. Maybe if I was in loose clothing with my arms covered up. As far as abs and body

I don't find it relevant whether it's vegan or not. Just let the butterflies be would be my preference.

I have the same questions Fresh does. Also maybe cut back on the amount of fruit at a time you're eating....listen to your body.

I don't think anyone would freak out and if they did, it's their problem. "Don't want to be criticized" - well, just by merely existing, we are criticized. But some on this board are viscious and have vendettas I don't care to involve myself in. I have a busy life and career and surround myself with positive folks

Coconut, I had a boyfriend obsessed with fake boobs. So much so that if a woman didn't have fake boobs, he'd say she didn't have any boobs at all, like he could only acknowledge implants. Too bad you're taken. lol

Not monstrous but clearly strong. It's not hesitation so much as it's not even a consideration, the answer is no.

I wouldn't say that being "skinny" is hard, though. Being muscular is a different story.

There are weak and frail omnivores and there are probably weak and frail vegans. Everybody doesn't lift and doesn't eat properly to maintain muscle (and that's okay! maybe it's not their goal!). This isn't limited to vegans. I'm positive if I didn't have bodybuilding knowledge and eat at the right times after my workouts that I wouldn't have the muscle that I do. I typically weigh about 10-1

I would stop the vinegar treatment and eat more than "minimal" greens if you can. I'm sorry to hear about your problems. Maybe try to make sure you eat half an avocado a day.
